Happy New Year 2019 - The Year of the Pig!

We wish you and yours good luck, prosperity and good fortune in all your endeavours!

We have had an exciting and busy start to the year. Flora, Hao and I have been meeting with investors in Hong Kong. Flora and I attended "Financial Week" and spoke at the Family Office Conference.

A couple of take aways included that the macro economic environment is pessimistic compared to this time last year due to the trade war and major economies now moving 'out of sync' with each other.

That said we saw strong interest in Australia as an investment destination and our deal flow. There was also a strong theme of investing in clean and green investments by major banks and funds.

We look forward to assisting our clients access these funding sources during the year.
