Here’s the reality:
You need to look at the whole capital stack.
In a higher-rate, lower-growth environment, the wrong structure kills flexibility faster than running out of cash.
What works: Capital Strategic Design
Don’t “choose” capital - design it.
• Growth → flexible/equity
• Working capital → short-term debt
• Expansion → structured debt
Then sequence it based on need and timing. Cost of capital is no longer just price—it’s timing and control.
