After a strategic meeting with Glenvill First, one of our major distribution networks (sales channels) that focus on house and land packages, they have seen a huge response to their initial marketing and sales campaign. Projected numbers are between 5 – 10 sales within the next 6 – 8 weeks. This is far more positive than our original projections and gives us confidence in achieving our sales targets within the next 9 months.
A strategic meeting with the head sales team of Core Projects has been organised for the second week of March. This will be slightly different to Glenvill First as Core Projects focuses on medium density development sites. We will keep you updated on the progress of this relationship as it unfolds.
The introduction of external distribution networks to our Home Without A Deposit product (HWAD) was important for our expansion plans and we couldn’t be happier with the response that we are receiving. The positive feedback has been that HWAD fits into existing sales and finance processes, which gives the end client (potential property purchasers) confidence in the product.
