From all of us here in Brisbane, we wish you all the best for the upcoming festive season and we hope you have a refreshing break for a great start into 2024!

It has been an interesting last quarter to the year.
On the macro side we have seen an increase in confidence around the stock market and an increase in the number of companies wanting to list (we assisted Freedom Care Group Holdings), and at the same time we have seen a slump in business confidence with consumer confidence essentially remaining the same.
There has been an increase in our sales pipeline and while we continue to see companies looking for finance and capital for growth, we are seeing an increasing number of companies looking to re-finance facilities, and companies that need support around working capital, building a “safety net” and paying down ATO debts. Companies also seem to be struggling with “management accounting” and this is impacting the financing of their business.
We been seen both equity and debt investor being active with approx. $28m+ in terms sheets or funds invested / being raised during the quarter between our BlueMount Capital and Funding Strategies brands.
Buy side activity has also been strong. We continue to help work with our clients to solve their “operational problems”, help with strategic direction, creation and execution a funding strategy through Strategy Sessions, Financial Modelling, Investment Documents, Investor Distribution and supporting investment.
