"Reflecting on the Year
Compared to this time last year, the outlook is more positive. Business and consumer confidence have strengthened, the ASX All Ords index is higher, IPO activity remains steady, and interest rates are lower.
Over the past year, our investor database has grown significantly. We’ve successfully closed multiple debt finance deals - primarily focused on letters of credit, equipment finance, and working capital - and secured term sheets for M&A and other financing transactions.
Looking Ahead to 2026
We anticipate continued momentum in capital markets and financing opportunities, driven by innovation, strategic partnerships, and a more stable economic environment. Our focus will remain on delivering tailored solutions for growth, supporting clients through evolving market conditions, and expanding our investor data base.
