The average raise per organisation is $523K and founders issue approximately 21% of the issued shares for this consideration. Subscribers (investors) visit the platform looking for high growth companies to invest. Approximately 24,000 subscribers are registered on the platform providing meaningful distribtion for companies looking for expansion capital. Approximately 39% of investors are sophisticated investors (as per the corporations act) and approximately 9% reside overseas.
