Adam Scott has signed a multi-year agreement with Golf Great Real Estate Limited (GGRE) to be the brand ambassador for the company prior to the commercial launch of the global online golf real estate business golfgreatrealestate.com.
Founded by the Perth-based brand strategist and marketing communications specialist Phil Bonser, with investor backing from across Australia and New Zealand, golfgreatrealestate.com is a dual-language platform (English/Chinese) targeting the online golf real estate sector that connects the high-end demographic of golf real estate buyers and sellers globally. With the global annual value of the golf real estate sector estimated to be upward of AUD$50 billion, golfgreatrealestate.com will be the first website to serve this market – the largest secondary segment of the wider golf economy – at a global level. It will also be the first portal of its type to connect with the rapidly growing middle and upper class China market that is embracing both golf and international property investment.
Having undergone an extensive build and development phase, the golfgreatrealestate.com site has attracted early interest from golf real estate developers and owners in Australasia, China, North America and Europe, with more than 600 properties presented on its demonstration site.
The deal with The Adam Scott Company follows a strategic alliance with MSL Solutions Limited – the owners of iseekgolf.com and Golf Link – which will enable golfgreatrealestate.com to benefit from the significant traffic flow of Australia’s two leading golf industry websites.
In highlighting the value Adam Scott will bring to the company, Phil Bonser pointed out that the benefit to be delivered by Scott will be far more than just the attraction of his name and image.
