Mandala Asset Solutions announces that Trinity Accommodation Master Trust (TAMT) has now been running for five years

Mandala Asset Solutions Pty Limited as manager of the Trinity Accommodation Master Trust (TAMT) is pleased to announce that TAMT has now been running for five years. TAMT is the owner of three regional Australian leasehold motels with more than 160 rooms and a major conference facility under management. Including other non-fund properties, Mandala manage more than 250 rooms in regional Australia.


John Zeckendorf, a Principal of Mandala is delighted to report that “TAMT has exceeded forecasts and has delivered cash returns of more than 108 cents per $1 unit over the past five years”. A summary of TAMT’s performance since inception is attached.

Mandala have launched a new Regional Accommodation fund, Trinity Accommodation Regional Hospitality Fund (TARHF) to take advantage of many similar opportunities in the Australian regional market. “The potential for “value
adding” in this market is vast” said Mr Zeckendorf.


TARHF is targeting quarterly cash returns of more than 10% per annum paid quarterly and capital growth of more than 5% per annum on an IRR basis.

A First Close for TARHF is expected within several weeks.
