Early July a new entity was formed. Both Mobicon Systems and Mobicon Rentals are now under the umbrella of Mobicon Holdings LTD.
A Board of Directors is established, and both Alan Sleigh and David Henderson, who were acting as advisors are now officially appointed as Directors of Mobicon Holdings LTD.
A new logo was designed to reflect this milestone in the companies' development. Tom Schults, Mobicon Managing Director, hopes you like it as much as the Company's team do.
Mobicon specialises in low weight straddle carries which stand out in the Industry for their yard-friendliness.The capacity of a yard-surface to handle container lifters is often not at the forefront of people's mind, however it becomes very important once the decision is made to acquire a container handler. The Company has an animation video made to alert people to do this; please have a look at it here, it is educational and entertaining!
Mobicon finished the financial year with a bang, and outperformed the budget. Achieved EBITD was $2.5 mil against a budget of $1.8mil. Well done Mobicon team!
