Opmantek Ltd (ASSOB: OMK) operates in the field of Network Management Software under a disruptive business model that leverages low cost community development to deliver their software to a global client base.
Opmantek is pleased to announce that it has executed a significant commercial agreement with a major Telecommunications organisation in Central America. The Telco has licensed all of Opmantek’s software and in addition has licensed a new product that Opmantek will develop for them. Under the agreement the Telco will use Opmantek’s software to launch new services in their market and as these services have not yet been publicised Opmantek is unable to publicly release the name of the organisation – shareholders and prospective investors have been notified. The Telco has also contracted Opmantek for implementation and support services. The bulk of the licensing payments will be made to Opmantek in December (2012).
