What is equity capital raising?

Equity capital raising means issuing new shares to investors for cash. Unlike debt, there are no repayments or interest. Investors instead take an ownership stake in the company's growth.

Who can invest?

Under the Corporations Act, offering shares to the public generally requires a prospectus. Most capital raises by private companies are instead offered to sophisticated and professional investors under section 708, which does not require a prospectus. We structure every offer to comply with the corporations act.

2. Get investor ready: We complete due diligence, finalise forecasts, share structure and offer documents, and set the distribution strategy at a Discovery Meeting.

3. Raise capital: We distribute to our investor networks, manage investor relations and close the raise.
